Founder Herb Witter, is a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC and brings over 25 years of experience in construction and will personally guide each prospective home buyer through the design, layout and drafting process necessary for each custom home.  Herb’s accolades include past President of the Home Builders Association of Aiken County, member of the Board of Trustees for the SCHBSIF, director on the Board of the National Association of Home Builders. He is licensed as a SC Residential and Commercial Builder, is a certified Master Builder, and his homes have won SC Pinnacle Awards in several categories. Herb volunteers his time working with Habitat for Humanity and is also involved in working with local schools.

Nick Witter, also a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC joined his father in the industry nearly 10 years ago when he was still a student. He worked evenings and weekends with our subcontractors and learned every aspect of the building process. He is now the Vice President and Site Superintendent for Witter Construction. Nick is a member of the Home Builders Association of Aiken County, is licensed as a SC Residential Builder, and does volunteer work for various organizations in Aiken including Habitat for Humanity.
He is onsite every project, every day and is dedicated to customer satisfaction, anything less is unacceptable.
